Kyosuke the Apostate, as they call him in the yokai world, has returned to Japan. Fifty years have gone by since the death of his beloved Masaki. By coincidence or due to destiny, he unexpectedly saves a young girl from the hands of a group of shady individuals.
In that moment, he realises that the scent of this girl is the same as the one that Masaki had. Now he has to protect that girl. And in order to do that, he has to confront his past. He will do anything to learn just one thing.
Who is this girl and what is her connection with Masaki?
I was born in 1984 in a small Greek town called Agrinio. However, I have been living almost all my life in the city of Piraeus. From a young age, I was excited about anything related to the fantasy world, to mystery and horror stories, the supernatural and the unknown. As a child, I also got to know Japanese Anime. And that was it. I never stopped watching them ever since. Even though I am getting close to the fourth decade of my life. For a few years, I attended Japanese language lessons as well because I wanted to learn more about Japan, its people and its culture. This book is my first fantasy story about Japanese folklore.
